Racism in OGame

According to the latest official post by forum administrator Cassandra_Vandales, racism in OGame has become a more serious issue of late, with xenephobic tendencies being displayed by some members of the community. To combat this, the administrator issued a statement on behalf on the OGame.org staff asking for an end of spurts of serious nationalism from forum members.

Much of  the blame by the uninformed will be placed firmly in the Turkish corner, with many universes seeing Turkish alliances rise and a general trend of nationalism among the players. Such believers should be reminded that you often see British or other national alliances spring up amongst the other more accepting clans.
